Our expatriates have the opportunity to explore different aspects of working abroad, learning new managerial and professional approaches, and helping to build both their and the company's future based on international experiences.

It’s a policy that also extends to our Graduate Program. We’ve sent our graduates to over 26 worldwide destinations and at the moment, 31% of our total expatriates are our graduates.
