Offshore Technology Conference - Houston 2019

The Group will showcase a full range of high-tech cable solutions for the oil & gas industry at the upcoming event in Houston, TX

Prysmian Group, a world leader in the energy and telecom cable systems industry,  will showcase state-of-the-art technologies at the Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) 2019, taking place on May 6-9 in Houston, TX.

OTC 2019 comes at a very important time for the Group as it is the first official presence in an Oil & Gas event in North America, following the merger with General Cable that has led to the creation of the largest cable manufacturer in the world.

The Group’s booth (#3653) will feature the enhanced full portfolio of cable systems for the offshore oil & gas industry, including solutions for power transmission, distribution, instrumentation and control cables, including Type P and CCW cables. Examples of Core Cable solutions will be on display as well, alongside our new generation of integrated cable and protector solutions for Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) applications.

In a continuously challenging market, the extended operating lifetime of an ESP cable is critical to ensure economic production. Prysmian has created a family of products that operate in the harshest environments and we are committed to investing to help operators extend the operating life of our ESP cables.

Our booth display will also feature submarine cables for Power-from-Shore applications and Umbilicals.

Technical and application specialists will be on hand to discuss attendees' needs and to recommend our best solutions.
