Prysmian Group has implemented a strong procedural and cultural change to improve project execution—our solution for delivering EPCI projects. This approach results from the contribution and collaboration between people involved in the daily tasks of project management and execution. Prysmian selected the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®) from the Project Management Institute (PMI®) and ISO 21500 guidelines as best practice references for project execution.
